This Privacy Policy explains how Sage Digital Corp., (“Sageplus,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you. This Privacy Policy applies when you use the Sageplus platform (“the platform”), user platform websites (“User Platform”), mobile app (the “App”), and any other software, tools, features, or functionalities provided on or in connection with our services (collectively, the “Service”).
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our website or sending you a notification). We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy regularly to stay informed about our information practices and the choices available to you.

1. When you give it to us or give us permission to obtain it
When you sign up for or use Sageplus you voluntarily share certain information including your name, email address, phone number, photos/images, comments, and any other information you give us. You can also choose to share your precise location using your device settings. We will still use your IP address, which is used to approximate your location, even if you don't choose to share your precise location. You will also have the option to share other information about yourself such as your gender, age and preferred language.
If you connect your Facebook, Google, Twitter or other third-party accounts to Sageplus, we use information from those accounts (such as your friends or contacts) to improve your Sageplus experience. This is dependent on the privacy policies or settings for those accounts.

Sage Digital (collectively “Sageplus”, “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects and is committed to protecting the privacy of all Sage Digital users (on or offline), all users of our website Sageplus.co, and Sageplus’s Hosted Services.
To help make you aware of our data practices we drafted this Privacy Policy to describe the ways in which Sageplus collects, uses, discloses, and securely stores information from or about you through our websites and through offline engagements, such as mail or in-person events.
Generally, you can visit Sageplus’s Hosted Services websites without revealing any personal information about yourself. Our web servers collect information such as domain names, IP addresses, and browser information, but not individual email addresses through aggregate tracking. This information is used to compile data such as the number of visits our site receives, the average time spent on the site, the pages viewed, etc. Aggregate information does not identify any individual person. We collect this anonymous data to measure the use of our site and to help us improve our sites.
Sageplus’s Hosted Services websites uses “cookies” and similar means to collect aggregate statistical information. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and are designed to be read only by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. Cookies are also used to recognize visitor preferences, temporarily store session information and past activity at our site in order to provide better service, an improved user experience, and easier access when individuals return to our site. Verified third parties may use cookies, web beacons, and other storage technologies to collect or receive information from Sageplus’s websites and elsewhere on the internet and use that information to provide measurement services. However, if you choose to reject or erase cookies, your ability to navigate our site may be limited.
There are some instances in which you may choose to provide personal information to Sageplus or its third-party providers. This may include subscribing to an e-newsletter, making a donation, purchasing crypto assets such as a NFT (non-fungible tokens), tickets to events, and/or registering online. In these instances, Sageplus and its third-party vendors use encryption software to keep your personal information, including credit card numbers, secure. The information provided over our secure data lines is used to process your request.
Online donors, ticket purchasers, and volunteers will be added to Sageplus’s constituent database and email distribution lists and may occasionally be contacted by mail.
Sageplus does not rent, share, or sell any constituent contact information (address, phone, email) with any third party organizations.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
